Can I get out of a rental lease in Pennsylvania, with a preexsisting disability, with a medical excuse?

I am in a wheelchair. I have not been able to generate income or effectively take care of myself due to health.Can I get out of a rental lease in Pennsylvania, with a preexsisting disability, with a medical excuse?
You were disabled when you rented the place (';pre-existing';), so it is too late to back out now. You are responsible for paying the balance of lease whether you stay there or not. You might try to negotiate with your landlord to help him find a new tenant if he will agree to sublet or release you from the lease.Can I get out of a rental lease in Pennsylvania, with a preexsisting disability, with a medical excuse?
I need to read your lease.

I am guessing you were working when

you got the lease initially and had

no trouble paying it.

If you got out of the lease, excuse me

but where would you live then?

I can show you how to ';mitigate';

your lease payments.
You signed the lease knowing you couldn't pay? And the landlord was stupid enough to rent to you without any income?

I have no sympathy and would hold you to the lease and all its terms.

Read your lease. It should show the conditions and penalties of termination. Simply tell him you can no longer afford the place and you need out immediately. Negotiate for terms.
