I signed a rental lease agreement in MN less then 24 hours ago, can I cancel? What are the consequences?

I just signed it last night and now I need to get out of it. I signed a rental lease agreement in Minnesota, USA.I signed a rental lease agreement in MN less then 24 hours ago, can I cancel? What are the consequences?
Contrary to what others have posted...NO state allows a ';back out'; time on rental agreements....unless such a clause is included in your lease.

The consequences are:

1. Pay the lease termination fee...if there is one and/or:

2. Pay rent until a new tenant if found to replace you.I signed a rental lease agreement in MN less then 24 hours ago, can I cancel? What are the consequences?
I am not familiar with the real estate laws in your state, but I would call right away and discuss this with the person you dealt with. No one wants an unhappy customer/tenant and all the problems that come with a bad lease. You could try calling a local rental agency and ask them to direct you to a source to find out.
I think in any state you have 3 days. I am not furmiliar with MN, but this happened to us in TX. I would call them ASAP though. If you do it within 3 days, you should be able to get out of it and also get your security deposit back. We did anyways. Look over the lease too that you signed, it should say something in there too. Either way, get on it right away!
no you can't, why don't you think about things before you do them?
