How do you get the landlords/management company to break a rental lease ?

I really have no problem with this apartment complex, in fact it's very cool. But I signed the lease in desperation and then the court cut my paycheck in half. Yup, you guessed it I'm going through a divorce. Now I just can't afford the rent. (at least not now ). I need to build up some cash and sleep in the car for a while. is there a way to safely break this 18 month lease ?How do you get the landlords/management company to break a rental lease ?
The only way to 'safely' break this lease is to reach an agreement with the complex management. There is no way for YOU to unilaterally dissolve the agreement.
