This is not even to mention the upstairs neighbors peed on my patio (from their patio upstairs). And they leave cigarettes and beer all over the back yard and in front of the complex and my husband and i get blamed for it because we are a younger coupleCan you break a rental lease because of spiders?
Check your lease and see if pest control was covered. I know in my leases the tenant has to take care of the lawn and all pest control.
Write a letter of complaint to your landlord about the neighbors. Let him know you intend on calling the police from this point forward. He should talk to the other tenants. Can you break a rental lease because of spiders?
See....I do not think that is a valid reason. However, as a mother I would be very pissed, go over your agreement and see if pest control is covered. If not then call someone to do pest control. If it is covered then, you need to ask the landlord to do something. If he/she refuses, then they are breaking their own contract and you have every right to leave. what I would do is hold on to the rent money until the problem is taken care of.
As for the neighbors, call the police and keep calling them. eventually, they will get fined and perhaps stop the nonsense.
Sorry but no. Unless the spiders are poisonous then you have nothing to worry about. 1 spider a day is not considered infestation. Buy some raid and spray it around doors and windows when your daughter is not home. If the neighbors are 'partying' late at night you can call the police.
No Try using bug spray and clean your apt.
